Emerging technology refers to innovative and rapidly advancing technologies that are transforming the way we live, work and interact, so our focus is on the development of such technologies through our training programs.

On the one hand, European companies of all sizes are struggling to find suitable professionals to fill their IT vacancies.
Currently, both universities and vocational training programs are not enough to “produce” the required number of IT professionals for the ever-growing demand. So, Coders’ Hub is doing its part in filling this widening gap by providing a unique win-win situation for both Kosovo and Central European countries.

By training many young professionals in Kosovo each year, there are a lot of benefits on both sides: Kosovo’s talented workforce gets to stay in their home country, working in an in-demand field and European companies are able to hire new talents trained by European quality standards, but with more suitable opportunities.
